A Very Good BREEAM Interim certificate has been achieved for Building 7 in The Park Warsaw. The Park Warsaw is the first truly self-contained campus-style office project in Poland, consisting of 10 class-A office buildings, of which 6 are completed, with a total lease area of 110.000 sqm. Similar parks are developed in Cracow, Moscow and Prague. The Park Warsaw is developed and constructed by White Star Real Estate. APA Wojciechowski is the architect. Building services are designed by WSP. The Park Warsaw has shuttle bus service to nearby trams, buses and fast train station for the exclusive use of the tenants and a car sharing platform available on the project’s website, reducing need for personal cars. The landscape design is integral part of the development. Carefully selected trees, plants, flowers, fish aquarium, fountains and garden foster a healthy working environment. The BREEAM report was prepared by Adamas International, with active support from White Star Real Estate. Building 7 is now under construction. After completion a final BREEAM report will be submitted to BRE in London in order to obtain the final BREEAM certificate.
